Our privacy policy sets out how BaysideGamers uses and protects any information that you provide, whilst using BaysideGamers products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, BaysideGamers.com and any associated websites and sub-domains. BaysideGamers is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Controlling Your Personal Information

We give you access to your data via your personal account on BaysideGamers.com, You can sign up at any time to access, update or delete your personal information. If you wish to have your personal account and personal information deleted on BaysideGamers.com, you can contact us.

 

If you discover any of the information BaysideGamers holds for you is incorrect or incomplete, that you are unable to change yourself, please contact us as soon as possible so the necessary changes can be made. Please Note: we always try to preserve your data from accidental or malicious deletion. As a result, after deleting your personal information, it may not be immediately deleted on our servers, and may not be deleted from our backups. It will however be made inaccessible except for recovery purposes, and will ultimately be permanently deleted.

Children Protection

Our website, services and contents are not directed to children under 13. of Which if a Child is under 13 we would need to get in writing permission from a parent or guardian for any use of our website. If no permission is given then the account related to the person under 13 will be limited until confirmation is completed.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this website, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Facebook Pixel
Facebook Ads conversion tracking is an analytics service provided by Facebook, Inc. that connects data from the Facebook advertising network with actions performed on this Application.
Spam Defense
The IPS Spam Defense Service passes the email address and IP address of the registering member to the service to determine the likelihood a registering account is a spam source.
SendGrid
SendGrid is used by this website to process and deliver emails.
hCaptcha
We use the hCaptcha anti-bot service (hereinafter "hCaptcha") on our website. This service is provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., a Delaware US Corporation ("IMI"). hCaptcha is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a login page or contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, hCaptcha analyzes the behavior of the website or mobile app visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website or mobile app visitor enters a part of the website or app with hCaptcha enabled. For the analysis, hCaptcha evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website or app, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to IMI. hCaptcha analysis in the "invisible mode" may take place completely in the background. Website or app visitors are not advised that such an analysis is taking place if the user is not shown a challenge. Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (DSGVO): the website or mobile app operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its site from abusive automated crawling and spam.
