Controlling Your Personal Information

We give you access to your data via your personal account on BaysideGamers.com, You can sign up at any time to access, update or delete your personal information. If you wish to have your personal account and personal information deleted on BaysideGamers.com, you can contact us.

Please Note: we always try to preserve your data from accidental or malicious deletion. It will however be made inaccessible except for recovery purposes, and will ultimately be permanently deleted.

Our website, services and contents are not directed to children under 13. of Which if a Child is under 13 we would need to get in writing permission from a parent or guardian for any use of our website. If no permission is given then the account related to the person under 13 will be limited until confirmation is completed.
