I honestly never really them much of a try.  Around here they are very rarely seen on menus or even in stores, but they are around.  I myself have just never had the urge to add a small fish to my pizza or anything and the flavored sardines are something I have not seen in stores.

Some years ago, I used to eat them very well. I wouldn't eat my bread with them. It's very tasty with bread. Lately, it's no longer giving me that same taste it used to when I was younger. So, I dropped having them.

They are delicious, until you have been having them every day and suddenly you lose your desire for them, lol.

But they are highly nutritious, full of omega 3, collagen, calcium and much more. Everyone would do well to have some from time to time.

Yeah, that's very correct. It happens with every single thing that we do as human beings. They say that monotony kills interest and that's 100% true.

Sardines are something I enjoy either with a salad or even with a sandwich. I know over here we have sardines in brine, sunflower oil and also in tomato sauce. The ones in tomato sauce are a little too much for me.
