I have purchased ASUS laptops and my experience with those are pretty good. I have noticed that MSI however focuses on the Intel chips in i7 and i5 for the performance. But Ryzen seems to be killing the market right now and the ASUS laptops are pretty good amount for the people who wish to maintain those laptops its pretty good treat.

What's your opinion on these two brands?

My ex-husband has used MSI laptops for as long as I can remember and I have used Asus. They both seem to be pretty decent. Parts are easy to replace in both and usually pretty easy to find. The graphics cards and processors in both seem to run in sync with each other. So, honestly, I think they're both great.
