I personally love : shish taouk, shish kebab, shawarma merguez and oven-baked garlic and humus dip potatoes. Yum. How about you?

Very basic and traditional around lebanon I think but when we visit in the summer, kishik is the only food item that we have to bring back with us. Basically everything else (zaatar, fresh olive oil, etc) is available in the UK today. It’s been a Sunday morning tradition, since I can remember.
