Favorite Indian Dishes?

Samosas, onion bajis, lentil soup, beef and veggie curries, butter chicken, chicken and beef bryani, the dolsa crepe for me personally. What's yours?

Being an Indian myself, I've had food from different states of India. Among them I love the food which come from the North side of India. The North Indian cuisine. Chicken Biriyani, Chole Bhature, Mutton Curry etc etc.

I love Indian food but haven't had the chance to eat it in many years.  Well, they have some Indian restaurants in my area, but not many, and my only exposure is via those places.

 

I do love spicy food and a lot of Indian stuff is just that.

Unfortunately, I haven't had any Indian food. I have only seen them in movies and they look like delicious meals. I'm not sure the restaurant we have here sell Indian food. I will check it out next time I'm there.
