Naiwen 4
Beans on toasts for breakfast, mushy peas with chips, Lancashire hotpot, bangers and mash with mushy peas and chips, toad in a pole, Yorkshire pudding, Sunday roasts, fish and chips or curry sauce or chili or cheese dip or sour cream and onion or a tartar sauce and mayo with malt vinegar, fishcakes and chips, seafood cakes and chips, steak and chips with BBQ or ketchup sauce and full English breakfast are my personal favorites to name just a few. Just about any main dish with chips and malt vinegar for me personally . What about you? Demon_skeith 28
beans on toast for breakfast? Sounds horrible. I thought British food was all about fish? It's actually really good. Personal preference though. I personally love a full English Breakfast. Bacon, Sausage, Beans, Toast, Fried Egg and Mushrooms would be my ideal combination. Rounded with some Orange Juice Bangers and Mash is also one of my favourites. Love it although I probably don't eat this very often. I don't even remember the last time I had this. Demon_skeith 28
Other than green beans, I'm not really a bean person. Link to comment https://www.baysidegamers.com/forums/topic/2048-favorite-british-dishes/#findComment-7797 Share on other sites
Alexander 12
You can't beat a classic Fish & Chips from your local chippy. Nothing hits the spot better than eating this meal, while the seagulls are watching your every move. The best day of the week to have this is definitely a Friday. JoyFreak 14
I know this is going to sound plain but I love fish and chips. With lots of salt and vinegar. That's my go to British dish. Management Team EmpireKicking 155 Posted December 14, 2020 Management Team Share Posted December 14, 2020 If you can pull off a Yorkshire pudding you're well ahead of the game. Personally I love pub grub. Shepherd's pie is brilliant, but if lamb isn't available cottage pie will do nicely. And if you're really at a loss, make a nice curry. It's now more popular than fish and chips. Bayside Gamers Feedback Survey If I helped you out in anyway can u please click this up button arrow . Thank You!!! Ash 26
Has to be a full English breakfast for me. I'm struggling to think of any proper British dishes that I enjoy unless we count Steak and Chips as British?
