   Police Squelch Sound Effect 'TS3'

   Here is just a basic sound effect for team-speak, this adds more life to its more realistic role-playing. this pack is easy to install and that for these people are new or not I add a tutorial with this!. So thank you for reading and looking 'and please feel free to download this pack. I'll be working on the next greatest sound mod, I'll make it more HD like 'But I don't have time so it will be a whirl and twirl.

   *Download Information*
   Extracted the Folder with RAR or WinZip go to -computer/localdisk/programfiles/teamspeak3client/sound then pick the default or whatever you want to go in (some people had things changed as I have) then replace the WAV from the sound pack folder That's it Enjoy.  
   Let me know if you want any help regarding installing, and if you want different sounds, I'm happy to update

   handcuff Realistic Handcuff Sounds

   These handcuff sounds are from my personal service handcuffs that I use while on duty. The purpose of this mod is to make the game more realistic by introducing more realistic sounds into the games atmosphere. With LCPDFR 1.0 These sounds can now be heard by other officers arresting pedestrians for you, or during world events. The sounds are loud on purpose.
    
   How To Play?
   Copy The CUFFS_TIGHTEN_01.wav file into your scripts folder.
   (Note: You do need LCPDFR 1.0 or LCPDFR .90 For this mod to work.)
    
   Online Roleplay:
   Works Just Fine, Other Players Will Not Hear The Exact Same Sound As You When You Arrest Someone Unless They Have The Exact File Installed As Well.

   If you have any questions or concerns about the mod, please them here. Please read the ''Read Me'' text file. It will explain how to use it, install it, and other things like that. This mod has only been tested on LCPDFR 1.0 and LCPDFR .90, so I am not sure if it works on any other versions.

   headlights New Headlights

   Another very basic modifications by empire that anyone is welcome to use, It's very easy to do since you only have to use Photoshop or free programs like paint.net. Just hope that you guys will fun and say WOW how cool the lights are at night, and even if you had ENB it will make it even woofer.
   
   Replace texture headlights using openiv or sparkiv located at pc/textures/lights_occluders.wtd
   Same for EFLC.....
